IN-STORE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Refunds:

  • Items returned within 7 days of purchase qualify for a refund via EFT, processed within 7 days of the return.

Credit Notes:

  • Items returned within 8–14 days will receive a store credit note.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or till slip).

Exclusions:

  • Swimwear, jewellery, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it easy.

Refunds:

  • Items returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund, processed via the original method of payment.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging intact.

  • Swimwear is eligible for return, but must be unworn and returned with the hygiene strip in place.

  • You’ll need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

  • Email debbie@positano.co.za to commence your return process. 

Exclusions:

  • We’re unable to accept returns on jewellery, sale items or gift cards.
